The TD Toronto Jazz Festival recently announced it will be moving to Yorkville when it kicks off this summer from June 23 – July 2nd, 2017. With more than 100 free concerts being presented throughout stages in Yorkville, everyone is invited to experience the best jazz from Toronto, across the country and around the world. Shows start daily at noon and finish at 10 p.m.
Hollerado brings Born Yesterday home to Ottawa
Hollerado is currently on a cross Canada tour promoting their third studio album ‘Born Yesterday’. The 4-piece indie rock group from Manotick released this album in April and wasted no time getting out on the road. This show was supposed to be one of the last at the popular club Zaphod’s in the market, however, it was such a hot ticket that it had to be moved to the more spacious Bronson Centre.

Even a broken-down van didn’t slow down this crew as they launched into their hour-and-forty-minute show after Mayhemingways from Peterborough, Ontario, opened the night with thirty minutes of 2-piece-band glory, displaying a full spectrum of grooves and moods.
