It was an unseasonably warm Wednesday night, for mid-September, in Ottawa but that didn’t stop the crowds from heading down to Lansdowne park for the kick off of the annual CityFolk festival to catch the iconic Copperhead Road album performed live by Steve Earle himself as part of it’s 30th Anniversary.

Unfortunately we didn’t manage to get a writer down to Lansdowne park but our Renee Doiron was there with her camera and captured these images of Earle, Kaleo and Tedeschi Trucks Band as the 25th annual CityFolk festival launched into full gear for 5 days of fun and one last summer party for 2018.
