March 12, 2026 (Edmonton, AB) — The countdown to Western Canada’s biggest rock weekend is officially on as Rockin’ Thunder unveils its main stage lineup for 2026. Set to take over Exhibition Lands Racetrack from July 11-12, the two-day festival is poised to deliver a powerhouse celebration of rock, bringing together iconic headliners and some of the most exciting names in the genre.
“Rockin’ Thunder was built to celebrate the very best of rock music and this year’s main stage lineup truly delivers,” said Troy Vollhoffer, CEO of Rockin’ Thunder. “We’re proud to bring together an incredible mix of Canadian icons and internationally celebrated acts that will unite rock fans for two jam-packed days at Exhibition Lands Racetrack.”
Saturday’s lineup will be led by previously announced Canadian rock heavyweights Three Days Grace, bringing their arena-ready catalogue and high-impact live show to the main stage. They will be joined by JUNO-award winning rock band The Glorious Sons, indie-rock powerhouse grandson, multi-PLATINUM artist Bif Naked and Edmonton’s own Calling All Captains.

Sunday will see Grammy Award-winning rock giants Creed close out the epic weekend with an electrifying set showcasing their chart-topping hits. Rounding out the day are Mammoth, led by Wolfgang Van Halen, hard-hitting rockers Buckcherry, and The Tragically Hip’s Paul Langlois, delivering a performance rooted in Canadian rock tradition.

Adding to the excitement, Canadian entertainment icon Rick Campanelli is making his anticipated return as the main stage host, bringing his unmatched energy and love for rock to keep the crowd buzzing from one explosive performance to the next.

Following a sold-out inaugural festival in 2025, Rockin’ Thunder 2026 promises a weekend of thunderous guitars, soaring riffs and unforgettable moments.
