Sleater-Kinney packed The Newport Music Hall in Columbus Ohio last night on their The Center Won’t Hold Tour! Corin Tucker, (vocals, guitar) and Carrie Brownstein (guitar, vocals)
Sleater-Kinney at The Newport Columbus, Ohio
have been collaborating since 1994 and are known for their punk rock style and were pioneers in the riot grrrl scene in Olympia Washington in the 90’s. They definitely haven’t lost their edge and the die-hard fans who filled the venue were treated to an excellent high energy show! The show was presented by Promowest Productions.

Local Emo alt-rock band The Snarls was an excellent choice as openers for Sleater-Kinney. Their stage presence continues to grow as well as their popularity here in Columbus!
