Photo Review: Korn and Breaking Benjamin bring Winter Tour to Columbus, Ohio

Nu-Metal band Korn and hard rock heavyweights Breaking Benjamin stormed the Shottenstein Center last night on their 2020 Winter Tour.

Korn’s members are Jonathan Davis (lead vocals, bagpipes), James “Munky” Shaffer (rhythm guitar), Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu (bass), Brian “Head” Welch (lead guitar, backing vocals), and Ray Luzier (drums). Formed in 1993, Korn released  their 13th studio album ‘The Nothing” last year and continues to amass a huge fanbase while touring relentlessly. The die hard fans were out in force at The Shott and Korn did not disappoint!

Breaking Benjamin’s current line-up consists of Benjamin Burnley (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Jasen Rauch (lead guitar), Aaron Bruch (bass, backing vocals), Keith Wallen (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Shaun Foist – drums, percussion. They put on an intense show with dark and moody lighting and a backdrop of the cover art for their 2018 release “Ember.”

Bones UK opened the show and got the crowd warmed up with their fiery brand of rock. The band consists of lead vocalist / rhythm guitarist Rosie Bones, lead guitarist Carmen Vandenberg, and drummer Heavy.
