On Thursday, October 26, 2023, Motionless In White delivered their most impressive North American Tour to date, titled “The Touring The End Of The World,” at Place Bell in Laval.

At 6:28 pm, the electrifying note of “Rot in Pieces” was heard as Alpha Wolf got onstage. Marking the beginning of a night filled with energy, as the mosh pit ignited, setting the tone for an exhilarating experience. The crowd was already hyped, jumping and screaming in anticipation. Hailing from Melbourne, the Australian metalcore band showcased their talent with numerous interactions between their lead singer and the crowd, creating a responsive atmosphere. Standout tracks like “60cm of Steel” had fans clapping along to the blast beat, making for an intense 30-minute set.

Right on schedule, After the Burial appeared and captured the audience’s attention with “Lost In Static.” The song’s strong message was elevated by Trent Hafdahl’s badass melodic guitar riffs. Notarmaso, the vocalist, encouraged everyone to use their show as an outlet to let go of negativity, just before they played “Collapsed.” “Death Keeps Us From Living” ignited mass crowd surfing, and the band’s tight performance proved their experience.

The circle pits grew larger as the show progressed, revealing the band’s powerful and tight performance. Their 40-minute set was accompanied by a visually stunning display, with an audience eagerly embracing the excitement.

As the countdown reached 30 seconds on screen, the crowd erupted in screams of “Motionless” at the top of their lungs, building anticipation for the main act.The arrangement of Motionless In White shines in the light of the venue, allowing you to enjoy the eerie gothic theatrics to their fullest.

While “Masterpiece” turned down the volume slightly, it failed to cool off the crowd’s enthusiasm.

The quintet added a touch of sexiness with the inclusion of sexy bunny dancers in leather during “Rats,” creating a lascivious atmosphere.

They brought singer’s of each opening band on stage for an individaul song. An uncommon touch that I found moving and showed the musicians fraternity.
“Immaculate Misconception” brought Lochie Keogh from Alpha Wolf. The band’s execution of “Slaughterhouse” alongside the Knocked Loose singer gave goosebumps.  “Reincarnate” with Anthony from After the Burial showcased the collaborative spirit among the artists, leaving the audience captivated until the final note.
