RoundUp Music Festival July 8/26 Prince Island Park Calgary, AB

Roundup MusicFest at Prince’s Island Park continues to cement its place as one of Calgary’s must-attend summer events, bringing together legendary rock acts and Canadian staples for a multi-generational lineup. Now several years into its run, the festival has built a reputation for delivering high-energy performances in one of the city’s most scenic outdoor venues. With past lineups featuring a mix of iconic and influential artists, it remains a highlight on Calgary’s live music calendar.

Toque Kicks Off the Night Despite Storm Delay

Toque opened the evening to a crowd that had clearly arrived early with intention. The energy in the park was already building before their first song, setting the tone for the night ahead. A brief thunderstorm forced a 20-minute pause mid-set, but it did little to dampen the mood. When the band returned, they quickly regained momentum, delivering a tight and engaging performance that re-energized the audience and seamlessly set the stage for Sloan.
