Recently named “one to watch out for” by the Toronto Star, Hicks continues to cement his place as one of country music’s most dynamic breakout artists of the decade – a standout among a crowded crop of acts.  On November 1st, Hicks will kick off the 2015 GET A LITTLE CRAZY TOUR – a headlining cross-Canada tour that boasts a slew of SOLD OUT and near capacity crowds from coast to coast.

“My favourite part of this crazy life I have is playing live,” said Hicks. “I’m looking forward to some of the best nights of my life out on the road and can guarantee that nobody is going to have more fun than us this fall.”

Hicks has much to celebrate following an electric summer filled with capacity crowds during multiple festival and feature appearances.  The 4x GOLD certified artist also performed on the 2015 Canadian Country Music Association Awards and headlined the Coors Banquet Kitchen Party during Country Music Week in Halifax. Garnering three 2015 CCMA Award artist nominations (Album of the YearMale Artist of the Year and Interactive Artist of the Year) and two industry nominations for his most recent album, 5:01 (Album Design of the Year – Mitch Nevins and Producer of the Year – Jeff Coplan), Hicks’ status as one of Canadian country music’s elite is undeniable.

With a 2015 SOCAN Award for the high-energy hit “Got A Feeling”, a 2014 CCMA award for Rising Star and two JUNO Award nominations for debut album “Throw Down”, critics’ opinion parallels fan enthusiasm in Hicks’ world where he boasts seven top 10 singles, over 5 million YouTube hits and a #1 debut on the SoundScan Country Album sales chart with the August 2014 release of “5:01”. Earlier this year, Hicks also announced that he would take his high-octane show to Australia for the first time in March (2016) joining Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line and more for two shows at the CMC Rocks QLD Festival in Queensland.
